April SimoneARNOLDIt is with great sadness and heavy hearts to announce that April aged 56 years passed away whilst in the excellent care of St. Andrew's Hospice, on 12th January 2026 surrounded by her loving family.
Adored wife to Philip, much loved mum of Katie, Kloe, Liam and a dearly loved step-mum to Kirk, special nanny to Riley, Tyler, Alfie, Belle and Rowan, cherished daughter to the late Ethel and Ernest. Loving sister to Pat, Brenda and the late Jenny, and dear sister-in-law to Jim, Gwen, Wayne and Lyn. April was blessed to being an auntie to Nicky, Paul, Lee, Lorraine, Kirsty, Dean and Sophie. April was also a great friend, neighbour and work colleague and shall be dearly missed by all that knew her.
A service to celebrate April's life shall be held at Grimsby Crematorium on
Tuesday 10th February 2026 at 1:30pm.
Flowers welcome, or donations in April's memory can be made to
St. Andrew's Hospice, whose care for April was exemplary.
A donation box shall also be made available on the day.
A nod to April's love for animal print can be worn if desired on the day.
